 In Microsoft's case, I have the supreme example in mind of how they
swiftly sacrificed the usablity of windows 2000 Professional with
obscene haste on the altar of consumer demand for a consumer-centric
"Magic Box" when it was morphed into that festering PoS known as
windows XP.
