Was setting up machines for use a job you did in your days? I know we didn't set up any -- there were no machines to set up other than the privately unaffordable public resources. Today a machine is about as personal and private as a toothbrush. DevOps is a fashionable term these days. We used to call it system-administration. As expected CS education is about 10 years behind the curve in seeing its importance
