What about previous messages (Started, Connected, End of Stream), 
especially for the cycle before the problem?  Do you get this?:

   Started
   Connected
   End of Stream
   Disconnected
   ...
   Connected
   End of Stream
   Disconnected
   Connected
   Disconnected

Or this?:

   Started
   Connected
   End of Stream
   Disconnected
   ...
   Connected
   End of Stream
   Disconnected
   Disconnected

Or is there no previous (successful) cycle?

I'm thinking that maybe a listener is throwing an unchecked exception.
