I don't know if Android includes the typical serial USB drivers, but if it

There are a number of cheap chinese not-much-fun Android tablets, and apart 
from Gforth, nothing runs smooth on such a tablet.

So yes, you can use Gforth on such a tablet.

bigForth is for x86 processors, not for ARMs.

On the few atom-powered Androids, yes, it is theoretically feasible.  I 
don't want to put my efforts into that, ARM Android is the huge majority.
