Most are getting a much better service with fttn than they were getting with adsl. I'm getting 15 times better download speed and 45 times better upload speed and I had a pretty decent 8/1 adsl2+ service too. Most of my mates were only getting a 5/1 adsl service. > but also within. When mine went RFS, I could see the school kids get home from school and get on the net about 4pm after they had finished stuffing their faces and the downloads could sag to below 5Mb in the evening. Doesn’t happen now, stays at 95Mb right thru the peak time in the evening after about 8:30 and the chart only gets a bit more spiky now. The upload rate never did vary and stayed at 35. > as this technology is now increasingly obsolete. Even sillier than you usually manage.
