Like hell they are screwing anyone over. MyRepublic was offering 100/40 
unlimited
for just $60 which is in fact a bit cheaper than you could get adsl and line 
rent for.

Amaysim does it for $40 if you don’t need any better speed than adsl could
deliver and that is much cheaper than you could get adsl for, and both are
available australia wide.
