  'Nexus' is Google's alternative to Apple's iPhone/iPad. I.e. it is
*also* proprietary and *also* a walled-garden (and *also* expensive and
*also* limited (in both range and functionality)).

  Imagine how silly it would be if Microsoft would only support - as
in providing updates and upgrades - Windows on *Microsoft* devices! Did
your brain already explode? Fast forward to Android and you have the
same situation of Google only supporting Android on *its* (Google's)
'Nexus' devices.

  Moral: No, Android support *doesn't* suck, it doesn't *exist*!
