Nothing like it. That doesn't work with USB keyboards either.

So nothing like that one just above.

So its almost certainly a hardware problem that affects the USB
in a way that stops the unifying receiver from working properly.

If it was, everyone would be howling about it and they aren't doing that.

So its actually your hardware given a clean install shows the same problem.

So its just a hardware problem. Might even just be a
dying unifying receiver given that the mouse isnt perfect.

The mouse may be a quite separate problem. The left
mouse button on the Logitech mice is notorious for
not lasting very long. Fully covered by warranty tho.

So it can't be a deliberate Win10 problem.

Its just an intermittent hardware problem.

More likely the unifying receiver than
the USB given that you have 6 USB ports.
