It ended up to be 201 lines of python code,  there are some comment text 
and a few extra empty lines, so maybe 190 lines would have a better 
estimate. The client is a bit bigger, 264 lines, both has great 
improvement possibilities.

Then there is of course the init file, so that the daemon can be 
started, I don't have a systemd unit as I still use OpenRC, which fits 
my needs a lot better.

I could see if I can't get the code up on github, but that ain't high up 
in my priority list at the moment, I have a few other things I need to fix.
