When I tried to use the Ub 20.04 instructions on Mint 21 based on Ub 
22.04, everything seemed to work including a NM w/ a functional import 
wg .conf w/ resultant NM w/ an apparent VPN switch w/ the correct wg .conf.

But it didn't work.  Apparently those numerous 20.04 pieces used in the 
compile are 'pretty good' but not good enough on 22.04.
