Does this help?

To use Hebrew fonts effectively in LibreOffice Writer:

1. Enable Complex Text Layout (CTL) support:
Go to Tools > Options > Language Settings > Languages and check "Show UI
elements for bidirectional writing"
     .
2. Install additional Hebrew fonts if necessary:
You can install fonts like noto-sans-hebrew-fonts and
noto-serif-hebrew-fonts through your system's package manager
     .
3. Select Hebrew language:
In your character style settings, choose Hebrew from the Language
drop-down menu in the Font tab
     .
4. Use system text entry settings:
Ensure that Hebrew is selected in your system's Text Entry Settings for
proper input
    .

Remember that many Unicode fonts include Hebrew characters, so you may
have more options available than initially apparent.
