My version of LibreOffice 7.3.7.2. I can find no "Show UI elementsfor bidirectional writing"

I have several hebrew fonts installed

Under Tools > Options > Language Settings > Languages I have:

Language Of
  User inteface English (UK)
  Formats - Locale Setting Hebrew
  Decimal Separator key Checked
  Date Acceptance patterns D/M/Y,D/M
  Default Language for Documents:
  Western English (UK)
  Asian unchecked
  Complex text layout Hebrew

I can find nothing corresponding to my system's Text Entry Settings

I am grateful for your help but something is still amiss.
