I think they're generally available in the repositories as
"libreoffice-l10n-XX", where the "XX" corresponds to the language code
(note, may be "xx-yy" in the event of variations, such as typically seen
with "en-us" and "en-gb").

Likewise, "libreoffice-help-XX" for the help files.

I don't recall if these encompass all language options, or just the ones
that the Ubuntu maintainers have opted to package.
