I'm looking for someone with experience in setting up Wifi-Direct in
Raspbian Stretch.

I'm having trouble setting up the Raspi as Group Owner: the local wifi
interface does not get configured. The existing docs are outdated or
non-existent, and content on the WEB seems not to be written with
knowledge, but try-and-error, and also outdated when it comes to recent
changes in the OS handling the Wifi interfaces via dhcpcd and
wpa_supplicant.
