Hi,

As per [1], I request to join the DPMT team to package python-pyvmomi
(See #860285).

I have read https://salsa.debian.org/python-team/tools/python-modules/blob/master/policy.rst,
and accept it.

(NB: I'll keep the all branches "the OpenStack way", but I will add
new branches "the DPMT way" as children)
