Dear Maintainer,

Looks like the oz binary package is missing a couple of dependencies.
Attempting to run the binaries result in error messages like this:
$ oz-install
Traceback (most recent call last):
   File "/usr/bin/oz-install", line 25, in <module>
     import oz.TDL
   File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/oz/TDL.py", line 37, in 
<module>
     import oz.ozutil
   File "/usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/oz/ozutil.py", line 45, in 
<module>
     import requests
ImportError: No module named requests

sudo apt install python-monotonic python-requests
resolves the issue, so I suppose they should be added as dependencies.
