That can be deleted (contents of LCU Last Cumulative Update). It's up to you to decide whether that's a good tradeoff or not (in case the system needs to roll back the Patch Tuesday Cumulative). It's a waste of time defragmenting that. It's a waste of time for Agent Ransack to search through there. It's a waste of time letting the SearchIndexer process it. Etc. Win11 doesn't have an LCU.
