1. Boot the installer just as you did before.

2. Stop when you get to the partitioning stage and switch to console 2.

3. Mount the partition to which you have installed stretch on /mnt

4. cp /etc/network/interfaces /mnt/etc/network/interfaces

5. Reboot.
