On a more serious note, advancing such a resolution at this time is akin to malpractice as it undercuts peace efforts. The only rational conclusion one can come to is the UN wants this war to continue. We know the short little shitwork of Ukraine wants exactly that - it's in his financial interest. This is one of about 1000 reasons the UN is a pointless, worthless organization.
