Sorry for the confusion. First start the 'Snipping Tool' (for example by putting (part of) the name in the/a search box). Then *in* the Snipping Tool, use the second icon from the right, etc.. BTW, it's actually the third icon from the right if your also count the right-most (three horizontal dots) one. Put in other words: There are two icons with a down-arrow in them, use the left one.
