Maybe there's another English-speaking region that works, or you can
choose Imperial/metric independently of "country of purchase".  (I had to
localize some device to Ireland to get a 24-hour clock, so I'm familiar
with "feature shopping".)  UK uses miles for distance.  It uses liters
for volume and there are some vocabulary/spelling differences, so yeah
ask the dealer and WD.
