Again no proof. This time, instead of a proof, the claim that a counter 
example cannot possibly exist. Indeed, if that can be proven, it is very 
close to a proof. So, please, as a first step, prove that no counter 
example can possibly exist. Please, formulate the proof such that a 
skilled C programmer can understand it. No baseless claims, but a proof.
