For example this package was broken since nodejs 6 upload since
nodejs-abi-46 was not installable. An autopkgtest would have helped
detect it as it is automatically triggered when nodejs package changes.

Note: I can also help implement it but I wanted to confirm with current
uploaders since an earlier such act was not welcomed.
