There is NO such thing as minority rights.
And Republican President Eisenhower called in the National guard. That
wasn't the Supreme Court that did that.

"unpopular" to treat people equally? But then again you might ask if
public schools improved from it and oddly enough you might ask if
private schools have reduced education quality as much as public schools.
The minority of the elite Liberals like Hillary getting special FBI
treatment is "unpopular"? Children being educated is NOT unpopular.

I might then remind you that the Supreme Court upheld slavery as
constitutional, and it took WE THE PEOPLE to rise up and fight in a war
that resulted in the slaves being freed, after which the people passed
an amendment to the constitution banning slavery in the U.S.
jurisdiction. The Supreme court seems to be late to the party.
