Ha! Been there.  Got to say, Outlook does the worst job of threading
messages I've ever seen.  Mutt for the win!  Once you've seen proper
threading, it's hard to understand why the whole rest of the world
doesn't work that way.  Usenet for God's sake ... it's integral,
practically.
