The point is
that D correctly simulated by H would never reach its own last 
instruction and terminate normally after 1 to ∞ steps of correct simulation.

When H returns 0 to main() it is indicating

that D correctly simulated by H would never reach its own last 
instruction and terminate normally after 1 to ∞ steps of correct simulation.
