The many case fans aren't the problem. The graphics card fan is.

The questions are what keyboard sequence reboots the computer?

How does the computer know which graphics to output to?
And if you switch the cable from the graphics card output to the motherbord
output, why doesn't it switch over?

And how do you lubricate a fan spindle?
