Yes. I can start konsole with K button -> Applications -> System -> konsole

It works. But there are some warnings on the original konsole when I do this.

kf5.kcoreaddons.kaboutdata: Could not initialize the equivalent
properties of Q*Application: no instance (yet) existing.
Could not load profile from  "/usr/share/kde4/apps/konsole/Shell.profile"

No. I see the same issue with all the applications when trying to
start with Alt + F2
