Then you must be somewhere else or in a stupor as all of SoCal has
been heavily overcast all day long.

A heavy rain would be nice to wash things off and water the lawn,
but not of much else use.

The majority of the water in Southern California comes from Northern
California.

Do you know anything about the area where you are supposedly living?
