Thanks, that works under Linapple so I can actually test it (I don't own
any mouse hardware).

Though I need to figure out how to trigger control-reset under Linapple
(challenege, I am running Linux on a Macbook-Air, so no "break" button) 
as when the mouse code goes wrong Control-C doesn't work.


For now I've instead uploaded a new version of the game where you can
aim using the joystick.  This hurts the framerate though, especially on
Level 19.  (Press '1' to enable joystick mode).

I really should optimize the BASIC code better.
