For an instance, I know case when a landowner signed over a forest park to the community to be used by the community. Reecntly the landowners descendent took an action against the Irish State for the return of the land, as it had not been maintained properly. The case was settled with agreement, they got most of their land back -- greymaus.eircom.ie . . ...
