I find that tab completion is convenient for handling files with spaces
in them (bash shell); so 'rm Unnamed<tab>' (for instance) will result in 

rm Unnamed\ document\ 1.txt

and if you're in agreement with that, just press enter and the file will
be removed without further ado.
