Okay, so one time? In band camp? William Hanna <whanna@invalid.invalid> was all, like: --> Sun, 20 Jul 2014 19:34:23 -0700 <200720141934233698%whanna@invalid.invalid> > i'm creating fractal art with Frax Pro on the ipad. > i have hi-res images rendered at Frax which i then DL from the web. > the DLed file (8192 x 6144 px) has a finder icon that looks really > great at full size. > however, after processing themin PS6 and saving as TIF files, the > finder icons look like crap... very pixelated. Photoshop 6 does not produce full size icons. I believe the maximum is 64x64, but it could be 32x32. OS X supports 256x256 icons. > how can i rectify this this? Don't edit them in PS6. Pixelmator gets good reviews. There's also Acorn and Flare, IIRC. Heck, Graphic Converter as well, depending on what you need to do. -- A ship should not ride on a single anchor, nor life on a single hope
