I've been using it all along since 10.0.1, but there are things about Mail that are hinky. It doesn't quite thread correctly, there are weird things that happen resulting in a thread having the wrong subject line, and it has never quite conformed with Unix keyboard standards for going through messages. But it's still better IMHO than any of the alternative mail applications... which says something about the state of e-mail on Mac OS.
