I couldn't move it to a new house with me because they grandfathered the service. I bent AT&T's arm backwards, and they sold me a 3 meg DSL connection that I'm using now. As I understand it, AT&T is no longer selling standard DSL now either. Of course, I lost DSL Extreme newsgroups when I couldn't move the service, so I use Eternal September now. I wasn't aware that they still sold dial-up service.
