You don't need to be much of an amateur psychologist to understand that he has serious bipolar disorder and probably a number of other related issues - the guy is clearly not well, and needs help and treatment. Unfortunately there is nothing any of us can do to help him, and we and the group suffer the consequences of his problems. The other guy is some kid from Estonia, that posts all manner of junk. He is just obnoxious and anti-social - his postings are nothing but mindless vandalism. He sits all day in his room in his parents house, so bored he "entertains" himself by annoying others. I'm sure he is smart enough to do something useful with his life, but he's too lazy. The help he needs is a good kick up the arse, and his computer confiscated until he gets himself a job.
