You're right.  I found out that some comments (#) in a crontab were concerned.
My newsfeed didn't work anymore and I needed to disable some lines.  The one
that took care of control messages was commented by me, too, inadvertently.
I've just uncommented it.

However, it appears that the configuration is still broken; it appears that
it broke after changing the line for the group 'nl.actueel' and this was never
discovered until now.  I was able to trace it back to this news article:

When this line is expanded, its length is 81 characters, which is one too much.
Apparently, this has been the case since 2015.
I will change its length to 80 by removing the final 's' from "Discussies" and by
scheduling a command to make this change.
