And the location is:
C:\Users\Me\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\0alphanum.default-release\chrome\userChrome.css
You can go to about:profile (URL) to see what really is your profile folder. Just to be sure.
Not sure if the numbers I put in the css above is right, you'll have to adjust as needed. The -2px margin shrinks the spacing between
lines. I'll let you play.
