Matt has published the source code. It is easy to install on a web 
server - I have it running for years at 
http://sanyal.duckdns.org:81/zx-spectrum/ - look at the bottom right 
corner of the web page for the link to Matt's source code at github.

Look at index.html - jsspeccy.loadFromUrl() constructs the full URL to 
load, and the options under <select id="example-games" ...> define the 
list. You can put it on a webserver and add as many games as you want.
