That's interesting, I assumed Windows itself either did copy paste on it's own or the tool kits made it real easy. Sounds like just like X11, each application can go it's own way. Memory is vague, but I thought Windows was way more consistent. I remember trying to implement copy/paste in an X11 application that didn't use any toolkit at all. It wasn't easy. -- Dan Espen
