Did your IP address change ?
Most cases for me, it would be a changed IP Address,
to fix you need to tie your MAC address to a specific
IP using whatever tool you ISP provides.

Comcast did make changes for me a while ago and 
I had to go here to adjust:

https://internet.xfinity.com/network
