I don't think the kernel would be related to this, but I'm currently
running 4.3.0-1-amd64. (The installed linux-image-4.3.0-1-amd64 package
version is 4.3.5-1, but I haven't rebooted in well over two months, so
it's plausible that I may still be running 4.3.0 itself.)
