log(128*1024*8)/log(2)=6,0206/0,30103=20bit

da cui si desume che:

se ha un indirizzamento diretto sino $100000 (base16) allora ha un 
program counter da 20bit (ma niente si può dire su quanti bit ci siano 
nell'accumulatore)

oppure 

potrebbe avere un program_counter da 16bit, che però riesce a gestire 
128kb in due banchi switchabili da 64kb proprio come faceva il mio 6502, 
che con questo sistema, poteva gestire sino a 1Mb con la scheda 
d'espansione AE RamWorks 

Poi è consuetudine che l'Accumulatore abbia bit<Step_counter

MOS6502: 
register_A:8bit
program_counter:16bit

Z80
register_A: 8bit
program_counter:16bit

6502 e Z80 sono cpu ad 8 bit in quanto hanno accumulatore ad 8bit.

65816
register_A:16 bit
program_counter: 24bit

65816 è un microprocessore a 16bit in quanto ha accumulatore a 16bit ed 
infatti era inferiore al 68000 dell'Amiga che non a caso 

68000 (ma il bus dati era a 24bit)
8 registri_A: 32bit
program_counter:32bit

è un microprocessore a 32bit perchè ha accumulatori a 32bit

Se non ricordo male, il bus a 32bit sui motorola fu messo dal 68020/68030 
che infatti i mac più nuovi potevano emulare il bus a 24bit oppure 
lavorare a 32bit pieni.

Per farla corta ma breve, i bit che stanno nel program_counter non 
definiscono il tipo di microprocessore (8,16,32,64) ma sono i numeri di 
bit che stanno nell'accumulatore/accumulatori.
