spostare le comunicazioni alle basi degli ICBM passando dall'HUB 
satellitare, piuttosto che dal "passaparola" dei ponti radio terrestri, 
espone tutte le basi degli ICBM dispiegate a terra, alla rottura delle 
comunicazioni per sindrome di Kessler.
