Leggo che il recente casino giudiziario che ha coinvolto il CSM 
(Consiglio Superiore Magistratura) è partito da un trojan che 
( legalmente dalla Guardia Finanza) è stato messo nello smart di un PM 
indagato. Oltre  che spiare le conversazioni telefoniche riusciva ad 
ascoltare le conversazioni ambientali.

1) come ha fatto la Guardia Finanza ad inserire il trojan? suppongo abbia 
inviato "qualcosa" che sia stato attivato da qualche azione del PM sul 
suo smart. Se vero il PM è un ingenuo

2) Dovrebbero esistere anti Trojan che li rilevano. Di nuovo il PM è un 
ingenuo
