As shown by Arno and me, that fully depends on the definition of "normal practices". His approach is a theoretical one, while mine is a bit more pragmatic. According to W3 it is not allowed. But (as already proven by your pre-refactoring webpage) it works on most major browsers (a "guess" I can hazard, otherwise your question would have been rather different). Regards, Rudy Wieser
