Come soluzione di ripiego, dato che il pinout è noto, si potrebbe provare a costruire un cavo adattatore da mini-centronics 14 pin a DB15 ed utilizzare un normale transceiver AUI come quello da te indicato (forse potrebbe anche servire un alimentatore da 12V). Pare che il connettore mini-centronics sia ancora prodotto e disponibile su Digikey per circa 7-8 euro: https://www.hirose.com/product/p/CL0230-5024-4-00 Ma per curiosità, per quale macchina servirebbe il transceiver?
