No, it is just Archie's bizarre way of attacking someone who he thinks
lives near Cornell. He thinks stalking university professors for not
teaching his broken math helps his cause for some reason.

Archie has no clue what AND or OR mean in this context. He seems to think
AND is the same as the schoolchild's "and", addition or plus. Which is why he
insists that it's 2 AND 3 = 5, not 2 OR 3. Even though 2 OR 3 = 5 is his own
fabrication, one that nobody anywhere believes.

He'd rather make up his own truth table.
