Ho fatto alcune modifiche.
Al posto di *php:7.2.2-cli* adesso uso l'immagine *php:7.3-apache*

Perchè?

Da notare che però se dal file Dockerfile tolgo la riga per importare il 
database

il container viene avviato senza problemi.

A me comunque mi interessa proprio importare il database.
