But this seems to have some if you need them: <https://www.zedge.net/find/ringtones/our%20man%20flint> <https://mobcup.net/browse/ringtones/mp3/0/downloads/our-man-flint> <https://www.redringtones.com/our-man-flint-ringtone/> <https://appraw.com/downloads/our%20man%20flint/ringtones> etc. If you need to convert the format, there are good freeware programs on Windows to do that, as I'm sure you're aware, e.g., audacity, handbrake, super, shotcut, etc. You can also easily make your own ringtones, e.g., by using NewPipe freeware on Android to strip the audio from a YouTube video and then using Audacity freeware to "simplify" it to a ringtone (where you often run a band pass filter to limit the bandwidth high and low frequencies). I saw the response to "copy it to the ringtone folder", where I'm unfamiliar with that folder. Looking on my LG Stylo 3 Plus (Nougat 7.0) from Windows over USB, there is the "Internal Storage" folder, then "Ringtones", which is empty. Since I have my contacts set to automatic ringtones, a different ringtone for each contact, all done automatically by the default phone app, there _must_ be a place for Ringtones _outside_ of that Ringtones folder. As I've explained to Frank Slootweg in the past, the developers who designed Android don't seem to have any cohesive folder strategy, or, if there is one, I don't get it. Why wouldn't _all_ ringtones go in the default Android ringtone folder? Where are default Android ringtones _supposed_ to be globally located?
